Welcome to RealAwake. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RealAwake mobile application, including dream journaling, meditation timer, lucid dreaming tools, astral projection tracking, and premium features.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
You retain full ownership of your dream entries, insights, meditation notes, and other personal content created in the App.
By default, all content is stored locally on your device only. If you choose to enable Cloud Backup (a PRO feature), you grant us a limited license to store and sync your content via Firebase solely for the purpose of providing the backup service. You may disable Cloud Backup and request deletion of your cloud data at any time in Settings.
You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
By enabling reminders (Journal Reminder, Reality Check, Meditation), you consent to the App scheduling local notifications on your device. You may disable or cancel reminders at any time in Settings.
PRO features include Cloud Backup, Biometric Protection, Dream Vocabulary, Dream Patterns, Monthly Dream Reports, and more. PRO is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual) with a 7-day free trial, purchased through the Apple App Store.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within that period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple App Store account settings. Payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law; refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple.
Cloud Backup is an optional feature that requires explicit activation. When enabled, your data is synced to Firebase (Google). You may disable this at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
The App, including design, code, and guided content, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.
The App is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any loss of data or any harm resulting from use of the App. We recommend enabling Cloud Backup to protect your content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Québec.
